1. I have learned not to procrastinate. I should not put off until later what I can do now.
2. I have learned to be patient. Teaching and dealing with nursery pupils helped me a lot to be patient. Indeed, patience is a virtue.
3. I have learned to wait.
4. I have learned to be satisfied. Contentment truly comes from God.
5. I have learned not to worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself. Why should I worry about tomorrow? I might not be here anyway.
6. I have learned to trust the Lord each day of my life.
7. Lastly, I have learned to follow and submit to God’s will.
I praise and thank You, Lord for the lessons I have learned in my first year of teaching.
I thank You, Lord for Your promises in Jeremiah 29:11 and Romans 8:28
“For I know the plans I have for you”, says the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” - Jeremiah 29:11
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” - Romans 8:28
I praise you, Lord for Your blessings and provisions.
I thank You, Lord for your help and guidance.
I praise You, Lord for your mercy, grace and faithfulness.
And above all, I praise and thank You, Lord for Your great love that I experienced through Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. Thank You, Jesus for taking up my sins, infirmities and iniquities and dying on the cross for me. Thank You, Lord.
To GOD be all the glory.
