A Scale for Detecting Social Competence Among Children

This is an instrument designed to assess the social competence of children ages 7 to 12 years old. As a classroom teacher, your cooperation in answering each item as honestly and objectively as you can, will be highly appreciated. The information gathered will be treated confidentially.

Legend:        HC -    Highly characteristic of the child
                        CC -    Characteristic of the child
                        SC -    Slightly characteristic of the child
