Pilipinas, ang Bansa nating Mahal

Pilipinas nating bansa lubos nating kilalanin

Bilang mga Pilipino mga lugar dito’y ating alamin

Mga lalawigan at rehiyon halina’t ating pag-aralan

Upang mas lalo nating mahalin at hangaan.

 

Ang bawat lalawigan lungsod at bayan

Ay may sariling lokal na pamahalaan

Walumpu’t dalawa lahat mga lalawigan sa bansa

Labimpito naman ang mga rehiyong nagkakaisa.

 

Mamamayan ng ating bansa naninirahan sa teritoryo

Pagkakaisa ang nais natin magkakaiba man tayo

Bansa natin ay sagana sa iba’t ibang yamang likas

Kaya ipagmalaki natin ang mahal nating Pilipinas!

Is a place where the rights of students,

Faculty and staff are safeguarded

And a healthy atmosphere is provided.

A good and effective school environment

Is a safe work environment

Where methods that are conducive

Are physically, mentally and psychologically supportive.

A good and effective school environment

Is endowed with facilities and equipment

Laboratories, offices, canteen, playgrounds

Library, gymnasium, classrooms are also found.

A good and effective school environment

Has classrooms that help in their development

Well lighted and comfortably arranged furniture

Classroom rules and materials for their lecture.

A good and effective school environment

Has classrooms organized for the students

Teaching methodologies and good record keeping

Are utilized by teachers so students will keep learning.

A good and effective school environment

Is prepared by teachers and staff who are dedicated

So that students will properly experience

A good education that will make a difference.

School as a Learning Environment

What kind of school campus is conducive to learning?

       A school campus that is conducive to learning is a school that provides safety for children and develops the child holistically through complete school and classroom facilities, clean school environment and good interaction with the school faculty and staff.

What kind of classroom is conducive to learning?

    A classroom that is conducive to learning is a classroom where various activities, furniture and instructional materials are orderly placed. It should be a clean and well lighted area with a comfortable seating arrangement, records of performance are well kept and classroom discipline is well established.

Conclusion:

    The classroom serves as the "second home" of students and therefore, it should be properly arranged to be conducive to learning. One of the teacher's role is being a classroom manager and he has to be concerned with his ability to provide a positive and healthy environment for learning to take place. This requires skills and a lot of sacrifices on the part of the teacher. The ability to manage a classroom in an effective manner is a mark of a truly dedicated teacher.

God Knows Best

Our Father knows what's best for us,
So why should we complain--
We always want the sunshine,
But He knows there must be rain--

We love the sound of laughter
And the merriment of cheer,
But our hearts would lose their tenderness
If we never shed a tear...

Our Father tests us often
With suffering and with sorrow,
He tests us, not to punish us,
But to help us meet tomorrow...

For growing trees are strengthened
When they withstand the storm,
And the sharp cut of a chisel
Gives the marble grace and form...

God never hurts us needlessly,
And He never wastes our pain
For every loss He send to us
Is followed by rich gain...

And when we count the blessings
That God has so freely sent,
We will find no cause for murmuring
And no time to lament...

For our Father loves His children,
And to Him all things are plain,
So He never sends us pleasure
When the soul's deep need is pain...

So whenever we are troubled,
And when everything goes wrong,
It is just God working in us
To make our spirit strong.

Believe me, God is indeed good and faithful. I thank You Lord for everything.
